Instructions:  Every morning, before you jump into tasks to get done, before you get distracted by the electronic notifications of instagrams, tweets, snapchats, etc., or get sucked into the vortex of other people's agendas (a.k.a. "inbox") take a moment to complete this worksheet.  List out your major projects and the next 3-5 big moves you need to make to keep your projects moving ahead.  List the people you need to reach out to, or the people you are waiting on for something needed to move your projects forward.  Last, list out the tasks that must need to be completed today, no matter what.  Then go forth.  While you'll do your best to minimize distractions during the day, any time you do get distracted, you can come back to the worksheet to help get you quickly get back on track.  Prior to using this, reflect upon the previous two weeks and self assess your daily productivity on a scale of 1-10, where 1 is the day was a dog, to 10 you crushed it.  Every day after you use this tool, take a minute to reflect and do the same assessment.  You'll be amazed at the results.
